General camper rental information

• Campers must be returned clean and damage free. We take great pride in offering some of the nicest campers available to rent!
• There will be a cleaning fee of $75.00 or more if camper is not returned in same clean condition as when we delivered it. Cleaning supplies are provided.
• Be on time for units being delivered to State Parks. You have to be checked in before I can deliver. (State of Michigan Rules)
• Awnings cost roughly $1500.00 to replace. If it is windy or heavy rain, please retract it to avoid any damage. We recommend retracting the awning whenever you leave camper, and when you go in for the night. You never know when a storm is going to pop up in Michigan!

• Position and level the camper on your campsite.
• Connect camper to the campsites electrical power. A minimum of 30-amp service is required to run AC. 
• Open propane tank valve.
• Extend the campers slide-out.
• Connect to fresh water (if available) or we will fill the freshwater tank and turn water pump on.
• Connect sewer hose to dump tank (if available)
• Ensure water and appliances are working inside the camper.
• Layout outdoor rug. (Unless there is a concrete pad)
• Dump waste tanks after your reservation.
• Delivery charges are based on location. $195 base delivery fee.

• 1 dog allowed in the camper. (No extra fee for 1 dog)
• Small or medium dogs only (45lbs or less), anything else MUST be approved by us prior to renting.
• Pet(s) MUST be up to date on all shots.
• Pet(s) MUST be house-trained and well mannered.
• Pet(s) MUST NOT be left unattended in any unit unless they are kenneled. 
• Pet(s) MUST be free of fleas and ticks.
• Pet(s) MUST be free of any infection or illness that can be harmful to other animals.
• Owner(s) MUST clean up and take care of any pet(s) inside of the unit.
• Any excessive cleaning or damage from the dog, will result in a loss of part, or all of the deposit.

 Drop-offs are typically done between 2pm and 5pm. If you need an earlier or later time, just let us know and we’ll try to make it work. You do not need to be present for delivery at any privately owned campground. State Parks do however require you to be checked in for us to be able to deliver the camper.

Campsite reservation is the renter's responsibility and must be paid by renter separately. Your security deposit will be forfeited for any errors in your part.
